Mornington Peninsula Shire Council required a visually engaging pitch deck to clearly communicate its strategic vision and growth priorities. The challenge was to simplify complex information while maintaining credibility and clarity for both internal and external stakeholders. We designed a structured, visually led presentation that used hierarchy and data visualisation to improve readability and support informed discussion and buy-in.
