TIACS needed a clear, human annual report to reflect the impact of their counselling services for tradies, truckies, farmers, and blue-collar workers across Australia. The challenge was to communicate serious outcomes and accountability while remaining accessible, supportive, and respectful of the communities they serve. We designed the 2025 Annual Report with a calm, structured visual language — balancing data, storytelling, and clarity to help TIACS share their impact with confidence.
