Clarion Suites Gateway, a four-star all-suite hotel in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, needed clear, sales-ready collateral to support corporate and event enquiries. The brief was to create a concise fact sheet and a location-focused map flyer that clearly demonstrated proximity to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre — especially in comparison to competing hotels. We designed two tightly structured information pieces that combine clarity, accuracy, and visual hierarchy to support quick decision-making.
